1. Membership Options

1.1 Monthly Membership – Fees are charged on a monthly basis.
1.2 Annual Membership – Fees are charged annually in advance.

2. Payments

2.1 All membership fees are payable in advance and are non-transferable.
2.2 You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid. Failed payments may result in suspension of your membership.

3. Cancellation & Renewal

3.1 Monthly Membership – You may cancel your membership at any time by giving 30 days’ written notice via email to chat@businessconfidenceclub.com. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period plus 30 days from notice being received.
3.2 Annual Membership – Your membership will automatically renew on your renewal date unless you provide written notice at least 30 days before the renewal date.
3.3 No Refund Policy – All fees paid are non-refundable, including in cases of early termination.

4. Membership Benefits

4.1 Membership includes access to benefits as advertised on The Business Confidence Club website at the time of joining.
4.2 We reserve the right to update, amend, or withdraw membership benefits at our discretion without prior notice.

5. Member Conduct

5.1 Members are expected to act respectfully towards other members and The Business Confidence Club team. Be kind.
5.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund for behaviour deemed inappropriate, unkind,          offensive, or damaging to the Club’s reputation. Should membership be revoked, the member forfeits any and all fees paid.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content, resources, and materials provided to members remain the property of The Business Confidence Club and are for personal use only.
6.2 Members may not share, distribute, or reproduce any materials without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 The Business Confidence Club provides advice, training, and resources for guidance purposes only and does not guarantee specific results.
7.2 We accept no liability for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from your participation in the membership, except where required by law.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1 We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website, and changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
