meet the team
We're Jo Neville and Michelle Pegg, and our mission is to support women over 40 to become more confident in their business skills and their mindset.
We both run our own businesses - Jo's been hugely successful in her business providing senior-level sales and event suport to hospitality businesses and corporate clients all over the world, and Michelle started her limited company over 4 years ago providing hospitality business with sales, revenue and marketing strategy and practical support.
Together, we wanted to support more women like us by building a community and access to expert guidance that we both were looking for at the start of our journeys.
